Description
2020 Leabon T-600GY automatic edge bander with 2.36" panel capacity, 75 ft/min feed, and full trimming, corner rounding, and buffing functions.
1. The automatic edge banding machine uses Taiwan Delta/Invt. Frequency controller, insuring the duration and precision of the banding machine.
2. PLC uses Taiwan Delta brand, air cylinder use Airtac from Taiwan, INNA liner track, Honeywell limitation switch.
3. Independent lifting up and down system, simple and convenient.
4. Precise encoder control, high speed.
5. Special polishing structure, motor angle can be universally adjusted.
6. Equipped with the glue spray cleaning system, removing glue and dirt from MDF/plank during the plastic edging process.
7. This model is fully automatic including functions of gluing, pre milling, end cut, rough trim, fine trim, corner trim/rounding, scrapping, buffing.
