2023 LGS System Conveyor & Handling Line

The LGS Conveyor & Handling Line is a complete turnkey solution for automating panel transport, assembly, and staging in a light gauge steel production facility. This system integrates multi-length chain conveyors, A-Block and A-Frame conveyors, and advanced cross shifters with tilt function, providing full material flow management from rollforming to assembly.

Equipped with a 2023 control system (Schneider VFDs, advanced cabinets, and programming points), the line ensures smooth, automated operation and synchronization with rollforming equipment. Ideal for panelized construction, modular housing, and prefabrication plants, this system significantly reduces handling labor and increases throughput.
