2023 Vollert LGS Panel Conveyor System

This 2023 light gauge steel (LGS) panel handling system has two subsystems: an A-frame conveyor line and a three-strand chain conveyor line. Cross shifters, plant controls, and a set of spare parts for each subsystem are included. The control cabinets are branded Vollert.

The A-frame subsystem includes:

• A-frame conveyors in 22' 8", 34' 1", and 40' 8" lengths
• A 32' 10" A-frame conveyor
• A 20' 4" A-frame conveyor for the cross shifter
• An A-frame cross shifter
• An A-frame cross shifter with tilt function

The chain conveyor subsystem includes:

• Three-strand chain conveyors in 59' 1", 45' 11", and 26' 3" lengths
• A 28' 7" three-strand chain conveyor with Omega tensioning for the cross shifter
• A cross shifter for the chain conveyor

Each subsystem comes with general plant and machine controls, cable material, control cabinets and control points with programming, and one set of spare parts.

Drives include SEW-Eurodrive inverter-duty gearmotors with brakes. The control cabinets are marked for 480V.

Part of the system is currently set in place. The remaining components are palletized and wrapped, including drive units, sprockets, cabling, and conveyor sections.
