2023 Framecad ST925iT Roll Forming Machine

The FRAMECAD ST925iT is a multi-profile cold-formed steel (CFS) roll forming machine built for structural and load-bearing framing applications. This 2023 unit is configured to run four distinct stud profiles — 3 5/8", 6", 8", and 12" — giving operators the flexibility to produce a broad range of member sizes on a single line without requiring separate dedicated machines for each profile.

Material capacity spans a thickness range of 27–80 mil, positioning this machine for mid-to-heavy gauge structural framing work. Steel grade capability is rated 50ksi–70ksi, meeting ASTM A653 specification — the standard governing zinc-coated (galvanized) or zinc-iron alloy-coated sheet steel widely required for structural CFS framing members in commercial and multi-story residential construction.
