This 2020 Doucet SRX-30-8.5 panel clamp carrier is a heavy-duty rotary glue-up system designed for high-speed, high-volume production of architectural panels, cabinet doors, stair components, and furniture parts. Built with 24 clamping stations on an 8.5 ft working width, the SRX lets you stage, clamp, cure, and release without manual repositioning.

Its hydraulic rotation and tightening systems are joystick-controlled, and it includes a sliding torque control valve so clamping force matches material thickness and spacing. A panel flattener with up to 750 lb downward force ensures flush glue joints even on warped or cupped parts. The clamp jaws (standard 2½″ or 3½″) support wide openings (typically 32″ to 52″), and clamp extenders allow handling of thicker posts or blocks.

With a rugged tubular steel frame, documented clamp force up to 5,000 lb, and minimal compressed air requirement (~3 CFM), this SRX unit balances production throughput with low operating cost.
