2018 Homag CABTEQ T-200 Feed Thru Case Clamp

The HOMAG CABTEQ T-200 (Type MDE120/25/08) is a premium electric throughfeed case clamp engineered for precision cabinet assembly. With a cabinet processing range of 250 – 2,500 mm in length, 120 – 800 mm in depth, and 220 – 1,320 mm in height, the machine handles a broad spectrum of carcass sizes. It delivers up to 30 kN vertical and 15 kN horizontal pressing force, and features a feed speed of 12–40 m/min.

Equipped with Homag’s powerTouch interface, the system reads the cabinet’s dimensions during feeding and dynamically positions the top and lateral pressing components. Its electrical drive for lateral clamping plates, servo-based motion adjustments, and automatic positioning enable quick changeovers, clean pressing, and precise control for delicate panels. Designed for integrated lines or standalone operation, the T-200 ensures high throughput and consistent, square cabinetry.
