2021 SNX nVISION SYSTEM1 G3 Contouring Edgebander

Increase your curved-panel production capacity with this 2021 SNX nVISION SYSTEM1 G3, a high-performance contour edgebander engineered specifically for 360° edgebanding on shaped panels. Designed for simplicity and consistent results, this machine accommodates a wide range of part sizes—from 6" diameter pieces up to 94" × 94" panels, with material thicknesses from 0.4" to 2.36".

The nVISION SYSTEM1 G3 uses a powered vacuum turntable to stabilize the workpiece while guiding the operator through an automatic application and trimming cycle. This greatly reduces setup complexity and produces clean, uniform results on both concave and convex parts. With an internal radius capacity down to 3.14" and external radius minimum of 1.18", it supports tight-radius contour work that traditional straight-line edgebanders cannot handle.

This model is equipped with a responsive touchscreen interface, simplifying operation and enabling shops to train new users quickly. For higher-volume environments, the optional Dual Telescoping Arms allow simultaneous contour banding and trimming—significantly speeding up production without compromising finish quality.
