2020 Castaly Basic-510 5' x 10' CNC Router

This BASIC-510 CNC router is a full-sheet 5x10 production machine designed for high-throughput woodworking, cabinetry, sign making, and panel processing applications. Equipped with a 6 HP air-cooled spindle delivering speeds from 6,000 to 18,000 RPM, the machine provides strong cutting performance across wood, MDF, plastics, and composite materials.

The machine features an NK105 G2 DSP control system, allowing reliable standalone operation without the need for a dedicated PC. Motion is driven by helical rack and pinion on the X and Y axes for fast travel speeds and smooth acceleration, while the Z-axis utilizes a precision ball screw supported by HIWIN square linear rails for consistent depth control and repeatability.

With a working envelope of approximately 63" × 126" × 7.75", the BASIC-510 supports full-size sheet processing. The machine is equipped with a vacuum table configuration, with vacuum pump available as an option.
