2018 Holz-Her SPRINT 1327 Classic Edge Bander

The Holz-Her SPRINT 1327 Classic is a professional edgebanding system designed for cabinet shops and furniture manufacturers requiring consistent edge quality and efficient production speeds. Built with a rigid welded machine frame and servo-controlled units, the SPRINT series delivers repeatable precision and reliable long-term performance.

This model features Holz-Her’s Glu Jet glue application system with thin-film technology, capable of producing extremely thin glue lines comparable to laser edgebanding. The system supports both EVA and PUR adhesives, providing strong, moisture-resistant joints suitable for kitchen and bath cabinetry.

The SPRINT 1327 Classic uses the Edge Control Touch interface with a large touchscreen display, allowing operators to store machining programs, monitor production data, and quickly adjust machine parameters. Servo-controlled unit positioning ensures precise setup with minimal manual adjustment.

With feed speeds up to 18 meters per minute and support for edge thicknesses up to 15 mm, the machine is well suited for a wide range of panel processing applications including laminated panels, solid wood edging, and high-gloss materials.
