2017 Biesse Rover A 1632 5' x 10' 5-Axis CNC Router

The 2017 Biesse Rover A 1632 is a high-performance 5-axis CNC machining center designed for cabinetmakers, millwork shops, and manufacturers producing complex wood components. Built with Biesse’s proven Rover platform, the machine delivers exceptional accuracy, flexibility, and productivity for both batch and custom production environments.

Equipped with a powerful 13 kW HSD 5-axis spindle, the Rover A allows full 360° continuous rotation on the A and C axes, enabling complex contouring, angled drilling, and multi-surface machining in a single setup. This capability makes the machine ideal for architectural millwork, furniture production, solid wood components, and advanced cabinetry.

The machine features a large working envelope of approximately 128" x 64" with Z-axis clearance up to 9.6", allowing shops to process oversized panels and thick components with ease. A 16-position revolver tool magazine mounted on the X carriage ensures fast tool changes, while the additional 12-position rack magazine allows continuous machining without interrupting production.

Biesse’s advanced CNC platform supports high vectorial axis speeds up to 100 m/min, delivering excellent throughput while maintaining precision and surface finish quality. The Rover A series is widely known for its reliability, user-friendly programming, and compatibility with BiesseWorks and bSolid CAD/CAM software.
