2019 Holz-Her Streamer XL 1057 Edge Bander

The 2019 HOLZ-HER Streamer 1057 XL is a compact, high-performance edgebander designed for small to mid-sized cabinet shops and production environments requiring premium edge quality and PUR glue capability.

Equipped with HOLZ-HER’s cartridge-based glue system, this machine supports PUR adhesive, allowing for superior bond strength, moisture resistance, and near-zero glue line visibility. This makes it an ideal solution for high-end cabinetry, kitchen manufacturing, and commercial millwork applications.

The machine features a full processing lineup, including a premilling unit for edge preparation, a two-motor end trimming saw for precise panel sizing, and a profile milling unit capable of flush, radius, and chamfer finishing. A dedicated corner rounding unit ensures smooth edge transitions, while both profile and flat scrapers refine the finished edge for a clean, professional result. The buffing unit provides final polishing for a high-quality finish.
