The 2023 HOMAG EDGETEQ S-200 (Optimat KDF 110) is a compact, high-efficiency single-sided edgebander designed for flexible edge processing in woodworking and panel manufacturing environments. Built for small to mid-sized shops, this machine delivers reliable performance with intuitive controls and modular unit configuration.

Capable of processing workpieces from 8 mm to 60 mm thick and edgebanding materials ranging from 0.3 mm to 3 mm, the EDGETEQ S-200 supports a wide variety of materials including ABS, PVC, melamine, veneer, and solid wood strips. Feed speeds up to 8 m/min provide consistent throughput while maintaining edge quality.

The machine is equipped with essential processing units including joint trimming, gluing, snipping, trimming, and finishing units such as profile scrapers and buffing stations. The integrated easyTouch control system features a user-friendly touchscreen interface with programmable settings, enabling fast setup and repeatable production.
