The 2019 HOLZ-HER Sprint 1327 Classic is a fully automatic edgebander engineered to deliver industrial-grade edge quality in a compact, professional format. Built on a torsionally stiff welded machine column for long-term precision, this machine is equally at home in a high-volume cabinet shop or a custom millwork operation.

At the heart of the Sprint 1327 Classic is HOLZ-HER's patented Glu Jet thin-film gluing system — a technology that processes both EVA and PUR adhesives with a 3-minute heat-up time and 3-minute glue change, making adhesive transitions fast and practical. PUR capability means waterproof, high-strength bonds ideal for kitchen and bath cabinetry, all without the need for a separate glue basin or nitrogen tanks. The result is a visually seamless zero joint fully equivalent to industrial laser edging.

The machine's SYNCHRO 6-fold edge magazine with synchronized drive minimizes intervals between workpieces and optimizes edge protrusions automatically, directly improving throughput. Feed rates are adjustable from 10 to 18 m/min, and the machine accepts workpieces from 160 mm in length, 60 mm in width, and between 8 and 60 mm in thickness — covering the full range of typical panel processing demands.
