2016 FRAMECAD 325iT Steel Framing Machine

The FRAMECAD F325iT is a fully automated cold-formed steel frame and truss manufacturing system built for high-volume residential and light commercial construction up to G+2. Capable of producing wall frames, roof trusses, and floor joists in a single integrated platform, the F325iT is one of the most capable machines in the used light gauge steel framing market.

The system features 13 auto-gauging roll forming stations and 12 hydraulic punching and tooling stations, supporting a wide range of profile configurations without manual changeover. Standard tooling includes service holes, web bolt holes, dimples, web notches, chamfers, lip cuts, flange holes (left and right), swage, and shear — with optional flange cut tooling available. The auto-gauging system handles material from 24 to 18 gauge (0.55–1.2mm) automatically.

Maximum line speed is 9,950 ft/hr, with typical production output of approximately 985 ft/hr for joists and 2,300 ft/hr for wall framing. The machine runs on FRAMECAD Factory 2 control software and supports FRAMECAD Structure and Detailer design packages. Full BIM integration is available through Revit and Tekla.

The 21.5" touchscreen interface includes cloud-based connectivity for real-time production monitoring and remote technical diagnostics. A hot-climate hydraulic cooling system supports operation in high-temperature environments. The powered decoiler handles coil stock up to 6,600 lbs.
