2025 Arkitech MF2500P Steel Framing Machine
Description
The Arkitech MF2500P is a high-capacity cold-formed steel (CFS) / light gauge steel (LGS) framing system built for producers who need to run a wide range of profile widths without manual retooling. Its 8-station cassette system covers a 2½"–12" web size range (63mm–300mm) across ten standard sizes, making it suited to residential, multi-storey, commercial, industrial, and modular construction work, as well as solar panel racking and bathroom pod production.
With 14 profile operations (2 free bays available for additional cassette stations), a 22kW servo drive, and a 22kW hydraulic system feeding a 200-liter tank, the MF2500P is built for continuous, high-throughput framing runs. Line speed ranges from 11 ft/min up to a maximum of 164 ft/min depending on operation count. The included Arkitech Design and Detailing Software and Arkitech Framer Software support full LGS building design, DXF import, IFC/BIM export, and direct production file generation.
